School Projector Installation Case Study – Sacré Coeur | DIB Australia Testimonial
Sacre Coeur has engaged DIB Australia over a number of years for projector installations. The most recent works involved projector system installations across several classrooms within the school.
The school worked closely with Solutions Consultant Sam, who was available to answer questions and organise projector demonstrations when required. Support was also provided through site visits when needed, helping the school assess options and move forward with the installations.
Project scheduling was managed in coordination with the school, ensuring a suitable installation timeframe. Communication around scheduling queries was handled clearly, allowing for a mutually agreed installation date.
The installation team completed the works within the projected timeframe. Technicians were responsive to questions regarding job duration and carried out the installations as planned.
The school reported a positive experience across consultation, scheduling, and installation, reflecting consistent delivery across multiple projects over time.

Over the years we have employed D.|.B’s services for a number of projector installations. Most recently they completed projector system works in a few classrooms within the school. Our Sales Consultant Sam was great. He was very patient with any quote adjustment which I asked for and he was always on hand to answer any questions I had. He was happy te organise projector demonstrations and was also ready to come to the school if he was ever required. Mel Garden who handles the scheduling side of the job is always a
pleasure to work with. She was ready with answers to my scheduling queries, and happily organised a mutually suitable installation date. The installation technicians, Mick and Jason were equally pleasing and performed well. They were ready with answers to job duration queries and compieted the job within the projected time.
