We first became aware of D.I.B Australia after having received a letter with information regarding the latest Interactive Whiteboard to hit the market – 2Touch. We decided on 2Touch and D.I.B as the installation company as they offered an Interactive Whiteboard that could be used as a normal board in the classroom.
Our sales consultant, Scott Watkins, was very helpful in demonstrating the features and advantages of the board and this contributed largely to our decision. Scott has a fantastic manner with people; he is calm, speaks well and takes the time to listen to questions as well as answer them in a knowledgeable way. He knew the products’ capabilities and he was able to effectively demonstrate these to us.
The installation went well and the communication from Mel Garden regarding lead times was relayed to me in a timely manner. The technicians worked well and cleaned up afterwards.
All in all, we would be happy to recommend D.I.B’s services to others looking for a similar solution.
