OLGC engaged the team at DIB with the intention upgrading their audiovisual upgrade for their atrium. This involved the installation of a new projector system.
Installation process
Before any new equipment was installed, DIB allowed for the removal of old classroom equipment (like old projectors and speakers) as OLGC is a valued client of DIB.
An Epson EB-2055 projector was installed. Notable for its high, 5,000 ANSI lumens of brightess output, this projector creates ultra bright, vibrant images that makes displayed content easy to read, regardless of the lighting conditions of the space. The projector is also easy and simple to use, featuring automatic set up (which fixes the positioning of the image) and focus help. The projector also comes with powerful, 16W speakers that can easily fill the space with audio.
DIB reprogrammed an existing JED T440 to suit the features of the newly installed system, re-doing button labels and panel front as required.
In terms of connectivity, the projector features advanced networking capability for wireless projection and broad connectivity, including HDMI, VGA, and USB inputs for connecting devices locally. An additional HDMI/VGA and audio wall plate was fitted for an easier connecting experience.
