Ringwood Secondary College is co-educational public school that produces remarkable academic results. The school is constantly expanding, with ever increasing enrollments and a growing teaching staff to match. They offer a varied and dynamic curriculum and maintain a tradition of innovative learning practices.
The College recently contacted DIB Australia for the installation of a dual projection system in their presentation space. Two EPSON EB-1945W projectors were chosen. These feature a sharp, detailed and bright image, resulting in a clear viewing experience. Two projectors were used to allow for great visibility in the very large presentation space. With the two projectors, DIB installed two Grandview Motorised Projector SmartScreens. The motorised aspect of the screens ensures ease of use and greater longevity for large screens. The dual projection system was completed with two wireless microphones for presenters and six ceiling speakers. The speakers were chosen for their ability to produce high quality audio to audiences, while reducing the spread of audio into the Library space that surrounds the presentation areas with their baffled design.
To control the projection system, DIB installed a Joey Lite simplified wall control panel. As the name suggests, this panel simplifies the operation of the system, with a set of essential and intuitive buttons.

The presentation room is quite versatile and is used for both presentations and performances. The DIB team worked closely with Ringwood Secondary to accommodate for these needs, installing VGA inputs at both the front and back of the space. This allows presenters and to connect their laptops close to the projector screens at the front of the room, while the projection system can also be controlled out of the way at the rear of the space during performances.
