DIB Australia has provided services to the Racecourse for nearly 10 years, including auditing, permanent installations, and temporary cabling for the Spring Racing Carnival. The club continues to choose DIB for their professionalism and expertise in audio visual solutions.
The most recent project involved upgrading an existing projector setup in the boardroom. A new projector was installed, HDMI inputs were connected, and the existing control panel was re-programmed to suit the club’s needs.
Matt McTaggart highlighted the value of the team, particularly Solutions Consultant Sam Garden, who consistently provides excellent advice to ensure requirements are met. Coordination of access times for the boardroom was challenging, but Mel’s support made the process seamless. Over the years, DIB technicians, including Trevor, have developed a strong understanding of the site and the organisation’s specific AV needs.

The most recent work we employed DIB to complete was the upgrade to an existing projector setup in our boardroom. A new projector was installed along with connections for HDMI inputs and our existing control panel was re-programmed.
Sam Garden, our Solutions Consultant, is always great with his knowledge and provides excellent advice to ensure our needs are met. Coordination of access times to the boardroom was difficult on this most recent project, but this process was made easier with Mel’s help. As we have had DIB as our prefered service provider for a number of years now, technicians have built up a good knowledge of our site.
Trevor especially has a great understanding of the site and the requirements of the organisation. We look fonward to continuing to build our relationship with DIB for many years to come.
