Spring Parks Primary School Testimonial: Epson Interactive Projector Installation
Spring Parks Primary School has been familiar with D.I.B Australia for several years, initially through newsletters and previous quoting opportunities. After previously leasing through another provider, the school re-engaged D.I.B Australia when a standalone data projector was required.
Following this initial installation, the school continued working with D.I.B Australia for a new leasing arrangement. Ongoing communication, product updates, and the willingness to visit the school to demonstrate solutions contributed to this decision. While not the lowest quote received, the inclusion of staff in-service training and prior positive installation experience were key factors.
The most recent project involved the installation of 10 Epson EB-485Wi interactive data projector units, along with the relocation of an existing Epson EB-455Wi projector to another building.
Throughout the project, communication and coordination were consistent. Scheduling flexibility allowed professional development sessions and installation works to align with the school’s requirements, including completing the installation during the January holidays to minimise disruption.
Installers were described as prompt and effective, with clear communication maintained throughout the process. Adjustments to plans were communicated in advance, ensuring the school remained informed at each stage.
Spring Parks Primary School indicated they would continue working with D.I.B Australia in the future and have recommended the company to other schools, citing the team’s responsiveness and ability to accommodate the operational needs of a school environment.

To whom it may concern,
| have been aware of DIB Australia for a number of years now and have always read their newsletters which get posted to me. We had previously been leasing through another company and had received quotes also from DIB, but when we needed a stand alone data projector, I decided to contact DIB again. Gabi, our Solutions Consultant, was great at coming out and gave me a fair and reasonable quote; that was 3 years ago. Since then, I contacted Gabi when we needed our new leasing, and because she had always kept me informed about new products, and was willing to make the time to come to school and show me the products, I went with her quote for our new leasing. DIB’s quote was not
the cheapest, however, Gabi was prepared to inservice our staff at a convenient time and we were impressed with the last data projector installation from DIB.

Gabi was a delight to deal with. She was always prompt and kept in touch constantly about the new job and what to expect. She was very accommodating when | needed to change the time of the PD and fitted in around my schedule.
We were fortunate enough to have the installers start and complete the work over the January holidays – which in a school is the best possible outcome. Communication was xcellent and the whole installation worked well for us. The installers were prompt, effective and a pleasure to deal with. Andy (technician) was also a good communicator. He gave me plenty of notice if there had to be a change to the initial plans.
I would definitely continue to use DIB in the future, as the people who work for DIB are very good at their job! The customer does come first and they make sure that they fit in around the demands of a school. I have even recommended DIB to other schools when I’ve been asked who installed our latest technology.
