Sacré Coeur Testimonial: Classroom AV Upgrades, Refurbishment & Long-Term Partnership
Sacré Coeur has worked with D.I.B Australia for almost 11 years, collaborating on a wide range of projects of varying scope. These have included theatre fit-outs, classroom installations, and technology updates across the school.

The most recent project took place over the Christmas period of 2016–2017 and involved the refurbishment and repurposing of classrooms. As part of this process, D.I.B Australia was engaged to assess existing audio-visual equipment, determine what could be repurposed, identify what needed replacement, and recommend technologies suited to the updated spaces.
Installation works were carried out alongside ongoing construction, requiring flexibility in scheduling. This enabled the project to be completed in an efficient and timely manner. Coordination of the installation process supported progress despite changing timelines.
The installation was completed seamlessly, and any issues identified during the process were addressed promptly.
Sacré Coeur also noted that the sales consultant had a strong understanding of the school’s site and requirements, providing considered suggestions aligned with the school’s needs and the intended use of classroom spaces.

Sacré Cœur has employed DIB Australia’s services for almost 11 years and during that time they have collaborated with the school on a large number of projects, of varying scope. These have ranged from fitting theatres, various classroom installations and technology updates across the school. The relationship between Sacré Cœur and DIB has been positive, as the quality of service, products and installations has been reliable and successful.
The school’s most recent installations occurred over the Christmas period 2016/17 and consisted of the refurbishment and repurposing of classrooms. These classrooms needed an upgrade and DIB was engaged to help decide what audio-visual equipment could be repurposed, what equipment needed to be replaced and find what innovative technologies would enhance the refurbished spaces. DIB was working on-site as the classroom construction was being completed; this required some latitude in the scheduling of DIB’s audio-visual installations, to ensure that the upgrades were completed in an efficient and timely manner. This flexibility and the reliability of DIB’s production department, overseen by Mel Garden, was excellent. She worked around tricky time schedules to ensure that the project reached completion as soon as was possible. The installation was seamless and any issues we isolated were promptly remedied.
Sam Garden, Sacré Cœur’s DIB Sales Consultant, has a very good understanding of our site. His proposed suggestions were always carefully calculated, as he has a thorough understanding of products suitable to classroom installations. He provided plenty of suggestions, underpinned with an understanding of the school’s aims.
