To whom it may concern,
I initially came across DIB Audio Visual as a result of a Google search for AV installers. The specific factors of why Parade College choose DIB Audio Visual over other service providers
was their prompt professional service and advice, as well as their product knowledge and competitive pricing.
The recent AV works that DIB conducted at Parade College included the upgrade of eight classroom projectors. This involved the installation of new Epson EB585W Ultra Short Throw projectors, as well as the Joey Micro control panels and Epson speakers.
In working with DIB’s Solution Consultant, Gabi, I found her to be very friendly, helpful and prompt at delivering quotes for the rooms involved.
In the same professional manner, Production Manager Mel communicated well and was flexible with scheduling of times for the installation; I never had to chase her up.
DIB technician Ben performed well in all aspects of the AV installation. He ensured the projectors were installed the way I wanted them to be and also ensured they worked perfectly.
I can recommend DIB Audio Visual for their professional approach and delivery of their AV solutions and installations.
Warm Regards,
Daniel Caporetto
