I came across D.I.B Australia thanks to their newsletter which I find to be an excellent publication that stands out from the competition. I came to choose their services over other providers in part due to Solutions Consultant Sam Garden who I find to be not just a salesman — he really knows what he is talking about. It makes all the difference in the world if things are established properly and clearly with the initial quotation. Secondly, D.I.B doesn’t seem to be too big for their boots. We had dealt with another provider for years but the service became steadily unreliable due to what seems mismanaged growth. Third, I think they provide great products — I love Epson!
Sam is great. I enjoy discussing projects with him because he KNOWS his product and he’s not trying to “sell’ me something. That is very important to me. Trevor and Jason technicians) did a great job. They were thorough, clean, efficient and professional. Any issues were promptly taken care of. I thank D.I.B for the opportunity to work with them.
