CitiPower/Powercor is a large electricity distributor in Victoria, managing poles, wires and equipment that deliver electricity to homes and businesses in Melbourne and through central and western Victoria.
We initially became aware of DIB Audio Visual through Building Project Management company B2B. The recent AV works included the main ground floor meeting rooms and Board Rooms. This was a fully integrated solution that provided single room use as well as various combinations of joined rooms. The simple user interface to set up the many combinations and features was a mandatory requirement that has proven its worth many times.
DIB consultant James Ridd listened to our wants, then provided them back to us as our needs for the AV system. He then worked with us to provide an efficient and effective AV
solution for the Meeting Room Trevor (DIB technician) was exceptionally detailed and explained why many of the items with the installation were being done. Trevor also went out of his way to work around us and also kept us fully informed of progress and potential issues.
Since using DIB for this recent AV works and seeing the quality of work and attention to detail, we will continue to use them as our preferred AV provider.
