Staff in Focus at Westall Secondary College
In any educational environment, it is natural to place a strong emphasis on meeting students learning needs.
The hard-working, tireless actions of the staff can at times go unnoticed or unrewarded.
Not so at Westall Secondary College, where staff are being provided with high-quality facilities in their own space in the staff room.
This project is special for our team as we know first-hand from working with schools over the years that the staff – educators and support staff alike – work very hard to ensure students get a memorable and effective educational experience through their schooling.
Having high-quality audiovisual facilities in their staff room will allow staff to review their lessons, catch up on topical news, and share information and news with their peers.
In this specific room, we installed a Samsung QET Series 85″ 4K UHD 16/7 Commercial Digital Display.
A HDMI input plate allows users to marry their laptop or device with the high-quality Samsung display.
We also installed a JED 4-button LCD wall control panel to simplify the operation of the system, and a pair of Kramer 30-watt 2-way stereo speakers.
Providing a great learning experience for a student is awesome, but supporting their educators is on another level, as one teacher can impact the lives of hundreds if not thousands of students over their lifetime of teaching.
