Kilvington Grammar School is an independent, Baptist, co-educational day school, located in Ormond, a suburb in the Glen Eira region of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Kilvington Grammar now has beautiful new conference room systems thanks to the professional design and installation team at DIB Audiovisual. This installation was part of the schools new administration building where DIB Australia had previously installed a Hitachi touchscreen and Extron control system in.
The Poly system we discuss below can be used via the touch feature of the Hitachi screens.
For one conference room, we installed a Poly Studio X30 camera, an all-in-one video bar for huddle and small rooms. The Poly Studio X30 is simple to use with support for leading cloud video services built right in—no PC or Mac required.
Voices are crisp and clear, thanks to a beamforming microphone array and acoustic chamber design. Built-in, wireless content sharing lets users share from their devices without the need for cables or pucks.
Setup, management, and maintenance are all streamlined, too.
- Ideal for huddle and small sized rooms
- Compact, lightweight design easily fits on top or underneath display
- Affordable price delivers excellent huddle room performance without breaking the bank
In another room, we installed the big sister of this product – the Poly Studio X50 – which is ideal for medium sized rooms.
The Poly Studio X50 has full boardroom-quality audio, advanced camera capabilities, and quick wireless content—all in one sleek video bar.
Video conferencing is fast becoming the most popular form of conference calls with 84% of all CEO’s worldwide saying video will completely replace audio calls in the near future.
This trend is also clear for leading schools who want to keep up with the latest information and ensure all team members are in the loop.
