We first become aware of D.I.B Australia via a referral and I was impressed by their professionalism, reliability and reputation for quality of work.
We recently commissioned the relocation of a rack and Sam responded promply with an initial estimate. I was very happy in my dealings with him and once he was given the go ahead he was swift in passing on the details to production. Mel quickly reponded with a start date and time suitable for the school and before I knew it, it was all systems go.
The technicians, James and Mick were helpful and talked me through any potential issues once they had looked under the building. They then proposed solutions to get the job done within the agreed time.
