We first became aware of DIB when we were investigating two-touch interactive whiteboards about 3 years ago. Gabi Ceglia came out to give us a demo, and explain DIB’s other services. While we did not end up getting the boards, we did end up purchasing Epson interactive projectors from DIB. I was impressed with Gabi’s product knowledge and advice, and her low-key sales approach. I did not feel pressured to buy. I was very impressed with the prompt attention to my requests for product information, and Gabi’s willingness to come out and discuss options with me.
We used DIB for all projector installs in our new building last year. The Epson interactive projectors produce high quality images and we have found them to be reliable and very functional. We found Gabi and the technicians easy to deal with, prompt with quotes and neat and tidy with installations. They also followed up with me later to check whether everything was to our satisfaction.
We have used DIB for service issues with audio-visual equipment installed by other companies, and have always found the technicians reliable and thorough. After-sales service is extremely important to me, and I would not continue with a supplier that did not provide a good standard of service.
I have no hesitation in recommending DIB to other schools for their audio-visual requirements.
