To whom it may concern,

Preston West Primary School has had an ongoing relationship with DIB Australia. While we have used competing companies, DIB has been a consistent stand out. They are competitive with price without compromising the quality of products, customer service or installation. When coming to choose a provider to install the EPSON Interactive Projector Systems in 11 of our classrooms, we could go no further than DIB.

Our Sales Consultant, Gabi Ceglia, went above and beyond to find the best technology solution for the classrooms which needed updating. Gabi was professional, approachable and above all she was knowledgeable about her craft. She had the ability to answer any questions and foresee any potential complications in the planning and installation of the EPSON Projectors. As a result of this awareness, all the installations went smoothly and had predictable outcomes. This made it easy for the staff and students to know which rooms would be installed, and at what times the installs would occur so the School could plan around
the installation days.

The Production Management, lead by Mel Garden was carefully considered. Further, the installation, lead by Andy Ives, went well as he built a good rapport with staff and helped to
organise and facilitate the job. His friendly nature made him a pleasure to work with. DIB’s provision of repairs has also been helpful to quickly and easily maintain the Audio-Visual
equipment.

Overall, Preston West Primary School could not be more pleased with the outcome of this job.
