You can monitor all of your requests (especially useful for larger organisations) by creating an online account.
STEP 1
Go to support.dibaustralia.com.au
STEP 2
Click ‘SIGN UP’ in top right hand corner.
STEP 3
Fill in fields and then click ‘SIGN ME UP!’
STEP 4
A page will be displayed confirming you have signed up. A welcome email will also be sent to your inbox containing a verification link that enables you to log in.
STEP 5
Click the link in your welcome email. This will take you to a page which will allow you to create a password to verify your email address. Your password must be a least 5 characters. Click ‘VERIFY MY EMAIL ADDRESS’. You are now logged in to your account.
