Camberwell Grammar is a high-achieving independent school for boys. With a stunning median ATAR of over 91, the school sits among the best in the state for academic performance. Camberwell also provides great music, arts, and sports programs for students throughout their schooling. The school traces its tradition back to 1886, but remains cutting-edge, taking advantage of the latest technologies in the classroom.
DIB Australia has been honoured to work with Camberwell Grammer for many years across a variety of projects. This latest installation involved upgrading the school’s library presentation space. After a site visit and revisions from a DIB consultant, a complete audio visual solution was provided for the school.
An EPSON EB-1985WU projector system was installed. Boasting a high resolution and ultra sharp image, this modern projector is perfect for any presentation space. These features provide for a fantastic viewing experience, with colours three times brighter than leading competitive projectors. The EPSON school projector was mounted so that it displayed onto an existing white wall in the library. This ensured a clean result that felt integrated into the library space. A powerful Yamaha MA2030 amplifier was installed to deliver amazing sound quality through a set of 4 ceiling speakers. The amplifier itself was located out of the way in the ceiling space above the system.
EB-1985WU projector
As a part of the audio visual solution, the DIB team installed an Apple TV box. Apple TV gives presenters an easy way to display content wirelessly onto the projector from any Apple device. Connection of non-iOS laptops was also facilitated with the addition of HDMI and VGA inputs. This variety of inputs ensure that any presenter using any device can connect to the projector system.

For controlling the system, DIB supplied and installed the popular Joey Micro simplified wall control panel. This makes setting up and operating the school projector easy for presenters with all the essential functions clearly labelled on the control panel.
