Princes Hill Secondary College has served its community for years, known for its experienced and skilled teaching staff. Since its foundation in 1889, the school has undergone extensive renovations to ensure a modern and progressive learning environment. School projection capabilities are essential to this goal. With this in mind, the College enlisted the team at DIB Audio Visual to install a set of new projectors for their main campus, and their classroom in the Princes Hill Community Centre.
With the school having won awards for architectural excellence in the past, it was important that the projection solutions fit the classrooms’ aesthetic while also enhancing the learning experience. Our sales team worked closely with the school to ensure that this brief was met, and settled on a combination of two EPSON EB-535W short throw projectors and a EPSON EB-1980WU full HD projector. The latter was tailored to the College’s arts and photography room, providing the brilliant colour and amazing image quality necessary in the study of fine arts.

Each of the three projectors were complimented by a JED T440 wall control panel along with HDMI, VGA , and audio inputs. Having both HDMI and VGA inputs, makes certain that any laptop can be linked to the projection solution, regardless of how old or new it is. The JED control panel features 6 essential, clearly labelled, colour-coded buttons. Together, these ensure that teachers can connect and use classroom projection with ease and quickly get their lesson up and running.
