Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School strives to create and maintain an environment that is welcoming and supportive, where students can safely develop a personal faith relationship with God. DIB worked with the school to install new AV equipment for Sacred Heart Primary’s new building. This mostly involved the installation of new monitors and a speaker system to match.
Installation process
The monitor selected for this project was Philips 65″ Full HD Commercial Lite monitor. Along with its slim and neat design, this monitor is versatile, making it a perfect fit for any environment. Boasting full HD capabilities and a 1920 x 1080 resolution, the monitor is able to produce high quality, bright and vibrant images that can captivate any audience. Content that is projected through the two built-in HDMI, DVI-D and VGA inputs will never fail to catch anyone’s attention.

To supplement the monitor, a pair of AM TXGA commercial grade speakers were installed. These high quality speakers provide a form of audio reinforcement, enhancing the sound quality of any video displayed. These were mounted atop the monitor.

For the simplified operation of these new AV equipment, DIB installed a Joey Micro wall control panel. This panel condenses the functionality of the system in one place. This makes it easier for users to use the different systems, getting rid of the need for multiple remote controls. These panels are usually set up to include buttons that turn the system on and off, control the volume, and select the source to be displayed.
Two HDMI input plates were also installed. These provide additional inputs for users to connect their external devices.
