DIB Audio Visual worked with Milgate Primary School to create an open learning space with technology that would better help them achieve these goals.
The full system
Installation process
The open-learning space saw the installation of an Epson EB-700U projector. With 4,000 ANSI lumens of brightness output and WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200), this projector produces large, ultra bright images, making any content displayed eye-catching and easy to read. The projector is also an ultra-short throw one, meaning that shadows and glare that could obscure the images are obscured. The projector was also installed at a height where the children could easily see the projector display.
DIB Audio Visual also installed a new audio system to suit the projector, featuring a Kramer stereo speaker system. With two 30-watt speakers, these speakers are able to fill the entire classroom with sound from the display. The speakers can also be used on their own through a 3.5mm audio socket, allowing users to connect their iPod, iPhone or audio device and directly play audio to the speakers.
The full system
While the projector itself allows users to connect their devices, such as laptops, remotely and present away from the projector, DIB also installed a HDMI input plate closer to the projector. This input lets users easily connect their devices to the projector locally.
