Established in 1890, Langwarrin Primary School prides itself on cultivating an engaging learning environment where all learners maximise their potential, supported by a skilled, hard-working team of teachers who want the best for their students. Langwarrin Primary recognises the importance of broadening a student’s ICT skills, better preparing them for tackling the 21st century world ahead.
To help with this, Langwarrin Primary employed the help of DIB with upgrading the audiovisual system inside one of their science rooms, improving the technological capabilities of the room.
Installation process
DIB installed a 65″ Phillips monitor beside an existing whiteboard. Noted for its full HD capabilities, the screen is able to produce vibrant, bright images with crisp details, incredible contrast and realistic colours. The monitor can thus reliably display content regardless of the lighting conditions in the room. The screen’s slim, sleek design means that it also looks aesthetically pleasing within the space.

To provide the room with extra audio reinforcement, DIB installed an EPSON 30 Watt speaker system. Featuring two 15 Watt speakers, this system can easily carry audio throughout the classroom.
For connectivity, a HDMI input plate was fitted, allowing users to easily connect their devices to the monitor. There are additional two HDMI/VGA inputs that are built into the monitor.
