B2B Project & Construction Management aspires to offer innovative project & construction management services to suit their clients’ construction and development needs. The company has a big emphasis on keeping their clientele their top priority. By striving to combine experience and efficiency, they hope to ensure that their rapport with their clients is maintained whilst providing the best quality service possible. To help them do execute their projects more efficiently and effectively, the best audiovisual equipment is needed.
B2B worked with the team at DIB to innovate their Tavistock Place building. This involved upgrading the AV systems in four of their meeting/collaboration rooms and boardrooms.
Installation process
An EPSON EB-1460Ui 4400 ANSI WUXGA Meeting Mate Finger Touch Interactive Projector was installed in each room. With whiteboard function, finger and pen touch capabilities and split screen function, this projector is perfect for any boardroom or meeting room. Multi-functioned and interactive, they offer a complete solution for all meeting and collaborative room scenarios, including instant meetings, boardroom presentations, brainstorming and training sessions.
With brightness of up to 4,400 lumens and a high resolution WUXGA image, projected displays are vibrant and captivating, making presentations seem more engaging, which is essential for meetings. Further, the bundled control pad allows for the easy and intuitive operation of the projector, condensing all the functionality of the projector in one place.
The DIB team also installed an Epson Meeting Mate control pad to be used with the newly installed system. This control pad allows for interactivity without needing a PC, enabling the whiteboard function. By simply switching the projector to ‘whiteboard mode’, anyone can start writing notes or annotating images, which can be saved directly to a USB stick through the USB input on the control panel.
A pair of Kramer powered stereo speakers was also installed to suit the projectors. These speakers are able to fill the meeting room with sound so everyone, regardless of where they are in the room, can hear the audio.
The projectors have a variety of ways through which users can connect their external devices. The wireless connectivity of the projector means that users can project from remote locations. The projector also has HDMI, VGA and USB inputs for more local connectivity.
