DIB worked with Federation Training to install a new audiovisual system in one of their classrooms. This new installation hopes to create a better learning experience inside this space.
Installation process
An Epson EB-1450Ui interactive projector was installed inside the classroom. The interactivity of the projector adds an extra element of excitement and engagement in this learning space, where students and teachers can interact with the displayed content using their fingers or with the special pens that come with the projector. The projectors whiteboard function feature, allows notes made on the projector to be saved or emailed directly from the device, as well as split screen function, allowing images from two input sources to be projected simultaneously. The projector’s 3,800 ANSI lumens of brightness means that images produced are ultra bright and luminous, which is essential for interactive display.

For audio support, an Epson 30W speaker system was installed. Featuring two 15W speakers, the system can carry audio throughout the whole classroom.
For a simpler user experience, an Epson control panel (which suits the interactive projector) was also installed. This control panel makes it easier to navigate the projector by putting the important features at the forefront. The panel also features a USB input so the USB save functions can be used.

Additionally, DIB fitted multiple wall plates, including USB, HDMI and VGA/audio inputs for more versatility when it comes to connecting devices to the system.
