Installation process

Inside the boardroom, an EPSON EB-2265WU Installation Projector was installed. Notable for 5,500 ANSI lumens of brightness and WUXGA full HD resolution, this projector is able to produce ultra bright, luminous images that are captivating and compelling to look at. The projector features various methods of connecting their devices, from wireless display to local connectivity (such as HDMI and VGA). The projector is also simple to set up and use, featuring automatic and focus help that reduce the hassle of preparing the projector for the meeting. A motorised Grandview projector screen was also installed for use alongside the projector.

While the projector has in-built 16W speakers, DIB cabled the projector to the existing speaker system, re-establishing a means of audio reinforcement within the space.

To simplify the user experience, DIB installed an Extron MLC55 wall control panel. This panel was set up to include buttons that make it easier to access the important features of the new system. The panel is able to turn the projector on and off, lower the projector screen, and select the source to be displayed.

A HDMI input plate was fitted, which provides another way of connecting external devices to the projector.
