Trinity Grammar is one of the leading all-boys schools in Melbourne with a reputation for academic excellence. This requires the school to update and maintain their state-of-the-art audio visual equipment to keep up with the constantly improving world of educational technology.
DIB first started working with Trinity Grammar doing service repairs. After Trinity was very happy with their servicing results they invited DIB Australia to assist them in updating their six science rooms. These rooms were carefully designed and the Commbox Classic Interactive 75″ Full HD was selected.

The Commbox Classic was selected as they are aesthetic, durable and reliable making them the perfect interactive tool for the modern day classroom. The Commbox can boast high definition, vivid bright colours and whites and combined infrared & camera technology for ultra fast and accurate touch response. DIB has a close working relationship with Commbox and trust both the brand and their innovative, reliable products.
A simplified Joey 6 Micro control panel was installed to simplify the operation of the Commbox screen. This wall panel provides intuitive control, allows for connectivity and eliminates the hassle of remotes which are easily lost.

The DIB team also installed HDMI and USB input plates to allow for connectivity across a wide range of devices to the Commbox Classic interactive panel. Additionally, to compliment the sophisticated Commbox system DIB installed a pair of Australian Monitor 20 watt powered stereo speakers. These speakers are powerful, easily filling a classroom with sounds and are energy efficient, going on standby mode when not in use.
After the completion of the upgrade Trinity Grammar was very happy with the design of the upgrade, quality of the products and service that the DIB team provided. The DIB team went above and beyond in installation, implementing wall hatches so that there would be no remaining maintenance for the school to take care of and so that the system was simply ready to use.
