This allows young students to gain the skills of research, analysis and critical thinking.
St Stephen’s School approached DIB as they wanted to upgrade their projector in their Year 3 classroom. The team at DIB Australia consulted the school in order to fully understand the needs of the students and staff. DIB was then able to select the best products to use in the school’s classroom.
Installation process
The EPSON EB-680 3500 ANSI XGA Wide Ultra Short Throw Interactive Projector was selected for installation in the Year 3 classroom. This is because it is an ultra-short throw projector. The ultra-short throw means that glare and shadows do not inhibit the image projected. Additionally, the projector has 3500 lumens which makes the images bright and engaging. Importantly, the EPSON EB-680 is an interactive projector. This is important for the modern day classroom as children can intuitively interact with the projected images. This allows for kinesthetic and collaborative learning in the classroom. This projector was mounted by an install team so that the projector was in the correct position for staff and children to use.
An HDMI input plate connection was also installed. This input plate allows students and staff to connect their devices to the projector.
