Hampton Park worked with DIB to upgrade the AV system in their IT Lab. After considering the needs of the client. DIB created a technological plan that would give both staff and students the best tools for their teaching/learning.
Installation process
The IT Lab saw the installation of an EPSON EB-695Wi Interactive Finger Touch Projector. As the projector is an interactive one, the projector comes with pens that can transform a whiteboard or a flat surface into an interactive touchscreen without needing to install additional hardware. Students and teachers can use these pens or their fingers to interact with the projector, which makes lessons more interesting and fun, and in turn promotes student engagement in the classroom. The projector is simple and easy to use for teachers since the projector calibrates itself, allowing teachers to start the lesson without needing to worry about the projector.
Brightness of the EPSON EB-695Wi
While the projector comes with built-in speakers, DIB installed an EPSON 30 Watt stereo speaker to match the projector system. These 2 x 15 Watt speakers provide a means of audio reinforcement that will help carry sound throughout the classroom. An existing JUNO classroom system was integrated with the audio.

For simpler and easier use of the system, a Joey Micro 6 wall control panel was fitted in the IT Lab. This panel makes it easier to use the system because it puts all of the new features of the new system in one place. The panel comes with buttons that turn the system on and off, control the volume and select the source to be projected.

A USB input plate, with integrated HDMI input, was also fitted, allowing users to easily connect their laptop to the projector.
