Glenvale School is an independent, multi-campus school catering from Prep- Year 12 which has been open since 2001. Glenvale School engaged DIB Australia to help update one of their Melton Campus classrooms. In order to create a technology solution for one of Glenvale’s primary classrooms DIB worked with the school to find out their vision for the project and create a pragmatic solution.
The EPSON EB-585Wi 3300 ANSI WXGA Ultra Short Throw Interactive Projector was selected for the primary classroom due to the stunning array of features it provides. This high-quality projector provides ultra bright images, longer lamp life for extended usage and a high contrast ratio. Most importantly, the EPSON EB-585Wi is an interactive projector, which makes it a perfect choice for the primary classroom. The ability to interact with the screen using both finger touch and specifically designed pens makes it a great junior learning tool. The use of technology as a kinesthetic tool greatly aids students learning capability.

To enhance the projector two 15 Watt EPSON Quality Powered Speakers were installed. These speakers provide a crisp, clear audio experience. They will allow all students in the classroom to easily hear the audio.

The DIB team also installed a Joey Micro simplified wall control panel in order to control the audio-visual system. The Joey is an aesthetic and simple control panel which allows easy and instant control of the projector, speakers and input.
