DIB Australia have been working with Mossfiel Primary School for over 10 years. The school is a valued member of its local community, with a reputation of excellence. Students at the school flourish with the help of an experienced and caring teaching staff. Mossfiel Primary School has always remained modern and currently supports the use of iPads as a routine learning tool, along with Apple TVs and interactive whiteboards in many classrooms.
The long time client came to the team at DIB to install an interactive projector in one classroom. Together with the school, our DIB consultant chose a EPSON EB-595Wi to head the new audio visual installation. The EB 595Wi is a feature-rich interactive projector designed especially for the classroom. It facilitates greater collaboration and engagement in learning with the ability for students to directly manipulate, annotate, and interact with resources on the board. The interactive projector allows up to eight users at once and supports finger touch. This means that using the EB 595Wi is natural and intuitive.
Furthermore, multiple devices can connect to the 595Wi wirelessly, letting students simultaneously share their work together. DIB made sure that teachers could still connect to the projector the normally with the installation of a wall plate with USB, HDMI, and VGA + audio connections. This way, laptops can be simply connected to the audio visual system regardless of currency.
Direct control over the projector was made easy with a Joey micro simplified wall control panel. This does away with the need for complex and easily lost remote controls.
