Bellbridge Primary School has been providing education for young people in the rapidly growing City of Wyndham since 1987. This medium-sized primary school has an enrollment of over 500 students and are committed to the meaningful integration of Information Communication Technology (ICT) and its related tools and programs.
So, when the school was looking at AV solutions for their new classrooms, they contacted the team at DIB to help assist with the AV design and installation. DIB Solutions Consultant, Gabi, worked closely with staff from Bellbridge to determine the best AV system for these new classrooms. It was decided that the Epson EB-595Wi interactive finger touch projectors would be the main display for each room. These projectors create a collaborative classroom environment, with the ability for several students to actively participate with the interactive surface at the front of the room.
The Joey Micro 6 control panel was chosen for its simplified user interface and the control panel’s reliability long-term. A straight-forward button layout makes it simple for any teacher to walk into the classroom and start using the AV system straight away.
High quality HDMI and VGA (+Audio) inputs for portable devices and laptops were provided, to enable both old and new laptops to use the AV system. Along with these inputs, a USB plate was installed to enable the interactivity component of the projector to work with laptops/tablets.
The four new classrooms at Bellbridge Primary are now equipped with high-quality, easy-to-use AV systems, fully equipped to provide excellent educational experiences for the year ahead!
