]]> Alexander Interiors engaged DIB Australia, following a referral from Qantas, to supply and install Flight Information Displays (FIDs) in the Watermark Books store located in the departures area of the Qantas terminal at Melbourne Airport. The installation enables customers to view departing flight information within the store.

DIB Australia’s consultation and installation services were described as being of a high standard, with strong responsiveness and consistent follow-through on commitments. Appropriate cabling was installed during the fit-out stage, and DIB returned to complete the installation of the display screens as required.

The project was completed within a suitable timeframe, and technicians were noted for working effectively on site.

D.I.B. Australia was referred to us by Qantas to supply and install Flight lnformation Displays (FlD’s) in the Watermark Books store at Melbourne Airport, The store is located in the departures area Qantas terminal; the installation of FID’s in the store enables Watermark Books customers to view departing flight information.
We found D.I.B.’s consultation and installation to be of a high standard. Response times were very good and D.I.B. came back to us when promised. Appropriate cables were run on time at the fit- out stage, and D.l.B. returned to fit-off the screens when required.
The works were completed within a good time frame and D.I.B.’s technicians worked well when on site.
