Bianca Hargrave, Solutions Consultant, was described as friendly and helpful, with prior experience in education that informed her recommendations for suitable equipment and applications. She provided thorough explanations and followed up promptly with advice and quotations.

During the installation process, communication was clear and well managed. Mel provided relevant details by phone and email, and a technician attended the site with Bianca prior to installation to assess the theatre. The installation was completed smoothly, with the technician noted for being friendly and leaving the area clean and tidy.

The theatre is regularly used for showing movies, student presentations, and digital work, as well as for staff meetings and professional development. The installation of the Joey Lite controller removed the need for remote controls and provided an easy-to-use system for staff.

To whom it may concern,

D.l.B. Australia recently installed a Sanyo WXGA projector with Joey Lite controller in the college’s lmpact Theatre.

Bianca Hargrave from D.l.B. was very friendly and helpful, and her prior experience working in education gives her insight into types of equipment that could be used for certain rooms and for specific purposes. Bianca gave thorough explanations and always followed up promptly with advice and quotes, which was greatly appreciated.

When it came to the installation, Mel communicated all relevant details clearly by phone and with a follow up e-mail. A technician visited the college with Bianca to see the theatre prior to the installation, and everything went well when the technician returned to carry out the works. The technician was friendly and left the area clean and tidy.

The theatre is constantly used by teachers to show movies, and for students to present their own short movies and other digital work created during the year. lt is also our main meeting and presentation room for staff meetings and professional development.

The lnstallation of the Joey Lite has eliminated the need for remote controls and provides staff with an easy to use system.

Yours sincerely,
