Mel coordinated the installations and maintained clear communication throughout the process. Scheduling was flexible and adapted to the school’s changing requirements.

The quality of workmanship was described as excellent. Technician Trevor demonstrated flexibility in responding to evolving needs, and the final installations were described as outstanding.

Re: DVC and hall audio visual installations

To Whom It May Concern:

D.I.B. Australia recently installed a DVC system in our school and an audio visual system in our hall at Mentone Grammar School. We were originally recommended D.I.B. Australia by
Command Systems who manufacture the DVC system, and came out to the school to demonstrate it to us with Bianca from D.I.B.

We chose D.I.B. Australia for these jobs due to Sam Garden from D.I.B. Sam was very knowledgeable and offered creative solutions. His knowledge included both the technical specifications of the product as well as the practical considerations of implementation.

Mel from D.I.B. organised the installations and communicated everything to us clearly. The schedules were arranged around our requirements and D.I.B. were flexible and incorporated changes to the schedules as our needs changed.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Trevor was willing to be flexible in working around changing requirements and the final installation is just outstanding.

The finished jobs are excellent and working with D.I.B. proved a positive experience. I would work will D.I.B. again in the future and will be in touch with them to obtain quotes for further projects as they arise.
