Since the initial installation, the school has continued with additional interactive projector installations, maintaining consistency with the original setup.

Gabi was recognised for providing outstanding service, being approachable, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. The management of the installation was also noted as being well organised, with works completed within the agreed timeframes.

Technician Andy carried out the installation while working around the movement of students, ensuring minimal disruption to the school’s program. He was described as helpful and willing to engage with teachers to explain the system and installation process.

To whom it may concern,

We first started using DIB Australia in 2012 after receiving information about the Epson interactive projector from DIB. Gabi demonstrated to the staff how this projector could be used effectively in our classrooms and we made the decision to have DIB install one into one of our classrooms. It was DIB’s good pricing and excellent service which influenced our decision from the quotes we had received. Since then, we have had further interactive projector installations matching our original setup.

Our Solutions Consultant, Gabi, provided us with outstanding service. She is very friendly, approachable and always got back to me when I called her or asked for her help. We found that the management of the installation was done very well. The installation was completed within the time frames we had been given and the technician, Andy, also worked well around the movement of children in and out of the classroom with minimal disruption to our program. He was very helpful and ready to help and discuss with teachers what was going on.

Re: D.I.B. Australia

Sacre Coeur was originally recommended D.I.B Australia to supply and install audio visual equipment by another school. We have used them for a number of years now, most recently to fit-out classrooms with Epson short-throw wide-screen data projectors and Joey Micro controls.

Sam Garden from D.I.B. uses easy-to-understand rather than technical language, and is only a phone call or e-mail away.

Our most recent installation worked perfectly as we scheduled it for the school holidays. This meant there was no disruption to classes.

Andy and James, the installers, were fantastic and provided a very neat, efficient installation. I couldn’t believe they got the work done in under a day, and am very happy with the work they did.
