The sales representative was extremely helpful and understood the needs of a school and its teachers and helped advise on positioning the equipment and any additional fittings
needed. When it came to installation, | was called several days before to check the specific details and timings and these were kept to at all times. The installers themselves were very helpful and knew exactly what needed installing and where, not something I have experienced often with other companies. They worked quickly and efficiently and communicated with me whenever necessary. They finished by testing each installation fully in my presence and showing me how to use the equipment.

Since installation several months ago, the equipment has functioned perfectly with daily use by a range of staff. The few queries | have had about aspects of the equipment have been answered with short phone calls.

In summary, we have enjoyed working with D.I.B. and been very impressed with every aspect of their sales, installation and support teams. | thoroughly and unreservedly recommend them and the 2-Touch interactive whiteboards.
