DIB Audio Visual worked with Camberwell Grammar to ensure that both students and staff of the school’s junior school were catered for in this new project. This involved installing new audiovisual equipment in the Norge staff room and in the Underwater room.
Before the beginning of any new works, DIB removed and recycle old equipment in both spaces as Camberwell Grammar is a valued client of the company.
Installation process
A 65″ Philips Q-Line monitor was installed inside the Norge staff room. With ultra HD, 4K resolution, this versatile monitor can suit the needs of any staff room as any content it displays looks crisp and clear on screen. These monitors can be used during staff meetings, where staff can connect their devices to the display content, or as a bulletin board to share important information to staff.

Similarly, the Underwater room saw the installation of a 75″ Sony Pro Bravia TV. Teachers can utilise this ultra HD, 4K monitor to supplement their lessons inside the classroom, making sure that students can see any important subject content displayed by the teacher.

Both monitors were wall mounted using a Peerless AV TrueVue wall mount, which can be adjusted and tilted to find the perfect viewing angle.
The Joey/JED control panels for both rooms were also reprogrammed so that they better suit the changes of the new installation. These panels are crucial to the easy use of any audiovisual system, as they take the most important functions of the system (such as powering the system, controlling the volume and selecting the source to display) and assign them to easily accessible buttons.

Additionally, both rooms were fitted with a HDMI input plate, which gives users another way of connecting their device to the monitors.
