Direct Management Testimonial: Epson Interactive Projector AV Installation for Training Rooms
Direct Management, a bookkeeping consultancy business based in Melbourne’s south-east, engaged D.I.B Audio Visual to design and install an AV system for its training room in late 2015.
The company was introduced to D.I.B Audio Visual through a referral from another business, Calculation, where a similar training room AV installation had recently been completed.
The installation at Direct Management included an Epson EB-1430Wi interactive projector, external speakers, and an Epson Meeting Mate control pad with USB save functionality.
During the consultation process, Solutions Consultant Gabi worked to understand the requirements of the training room and provided a professional approach without overselling. Additional complementary training was also provided following the installation, which was noted as beneficial.
Project coordination was managed within a required timeframe, despite the installation taking place during a typically busy period. Scheduling flexibility enabled the work to be completed as needed.
On-site, the installation was carried out in a tidy manner, with no mess left behind. Guidance was also provided on the use of external speakers compared to internal projector audio, helping inform decisions relevant to the training room setup.
Direct Management described the overall process as seamless from start to finish and indicated they would recommend D.I.B Audio Visual based on the AV solutions provided and the professional conduct of staff.

Direct Management are a bookkeeping consultancy business, located in Melbourne’s south-east. We specialise in accounting systems and train staff to fill the gaps in skills and knowledge, to improve operations and reduce costs.
In late 2015, Direct Management were in need of an AV system for our training room. We initially heard about DIB Audio Visual through a company called Calculation, whom DIB Audio Visual had recently installed an AV system for their training room.
Our training room installation by DIB consisted of the Epson EB-1430Wi interactive projector and speakers, along with the Epson MeetingMate control pad, with USB
save function.
DIB consultant Gabi understood what | was after in an AV system and demonstrated a professional approach and did not oversell. Gabi also provided extra complementary training following the AV system installation, which was very beneficial.
DIB Production Manager, Mel worked hard find the time within my required timeframe to complete the installation at Direct Management, despite it being a lead up to their typically busy school AV installation period in January.
Finally, Andy (DIB’s install technician) did a great job and was very informative, educating me on the benefits of external speakers (over the projector’s smaller internal speaker) and why that would be of benefit to my training room requirements. The installation was also done in very tidy manner (they did not leave a mess).
Overall the process from DIB was seamless from start to finish. | can definitely recommend DIB Audio Visual for their AV solutions and professional manner in which all staff conducted themselves.
