Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School was established in 1994 and has continued to provide a holistic education that suits the needs of each student, through cooperation of staff, children, parents, parish and friends in the wider community. Sacred Heart Primary aims to foster and maintain a welcoming, supportive and safe community in which students can engage thoroughly with the school’s Catholic education. Sacred Heart Primary has engaged DIB’s services in transforming the audiovisual systems of three prep classrooms. This involved installing new equipment to improve the learning experience inside the spaces.
Installation process
As Sacred Heart Primary is a valued client of DIB, DIB has allowed for the removal of old classroom equipment before the commencement of any new equipment installs.
A 65″ Philips Commercial Lite monitor was installed in all three classrooms, wall-mounted using a high quality LED wall bracket. With its full HD capabilities, this monitor’s ultra bright screen ensures that content can be seen regardless of the spaces’ lighting conditions. The monitor’s sleek and neat design also adds to the aesthetics of the room.
A low-gloss, vitreous enamel whiteboard was also installed near the monitor. These whiteboards have a ceramic type surface and are very flat, which is perfect for ultra short throw or interactive projection.
This new system allows users to connect their devices in a multitude of ways. While the monitor itself has two HDMI/VGA inputs, DIB also fitted a HDMI input plate that allows for easier connection to the monitor.
